a bit of harvest

here is some of the fun i had with last of my harvest

grandma j's cucumber salad

i actually didn't add the red onion because i am not a fan of raw onions, but grandma always did...

put enough red wine vinegar to cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight...

 i think my stuff is done:(

had a great birthday at the foundry grill up at sundance with matt...

got some sweet gifts...

made jam with my chloe bug...

it was a great "stay" cation...
